Privacy Policy — Multiplication Practice
Summary
Multiplication Practice is an educational app for learning multiplication. It is designed to work offline, without user accounts, and without selling or sharing your personal information. We do not run advertising trackers in this app.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal information.
The app does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, address, or phone number.
Information stored on your device
The app stores a small amount of data locally so features work correctly:
- Theme preference (light or dark mode).
- Selected multiplication tables (which tables you chose to practice).
- Recent quiz scores (last 10 results: correct count, total, and time — stored on your device only).
- Generated worksheet PDFs saved in the app’s private cache folder. Only the 10 most recent worksheets are kept; older ones are removed automatically when new ones are generated.
This information stays on your device unless you choose to share a PDF using Android’s share sheet (email, Drive, print app, etc.).
Information we do not collect
We do not collect or transmit:
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, or microphone audio
- Advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking
- Analytics or crash reporting tied to your identity
Internet access
The app is intended to function without internet access and without sending your data to our servers.
Children's privacy
The app is suitable for family educational use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe information was submitted to us by mistake, contact us at Jhelms55@gmail.com and we will delete it if applicable.
Data retention and deletion
- Uninstalling the app removes app-private data from your device.
- You can clear cache in Settings → Apps → Multiplication Practice → Storage → Clear cache.
- Shared PDFs in other apps (email, cloud storage) are controlled by those services.
Security
We do not operate backend servers for this app. Keep your device updated and use a screen lock if the device is shared with children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, EU/UK GDPR or US state laws), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we do not collect personal data, there is typically nothing for us to export or delete on our servers. For device-local data, use uninstall or clear storage as described above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
